Group History:
After a long hiatus Trish Stratus made her debut on Monday Night Raw against none other then her long time rival from Ultimate Smackdown Mickie James, who at the time was apart of Eric Bischoff’s New Raw Movement. The two competed in classic women’s matches week after week until finally the womens championship was put on a the line in Raws first ever ladder match.
Having claimed the title for the first time Trish would then turn on the fans and align herself with Eric Bischoff. Once apart of New Raw it became obvious that both Mickie and Trish could not work together which resulted in Mickie quitting the group and betraying Eric during a promo.
Having been apart of New Raw for a month Trish received an offer to join Evolution with fellow New Raw member Randy Orton. During the earlier ladder match Randy had attacked Trish with a chair causing an injury to her leg…something that the Canadian Diva had not forgiven or forgot. Tricking the legend killer Trish would team up with Chris Masters and CM Punk to take on Randy, X-Pac and Sable…the plan being for Trish to cost her team the match which thanks to a little help from a steel chair she did. However at the end of the match as Orton raised Trish’s hand Johnny Nitro would make his Raw debut by sneaking through the crowd and destroying Randy with a steel chair and thus creating the foundations of Hollywoods VIP’s
