Greetings programs ! ……Among the all time great science fiction classics. The first feature film to make extensive dramatic use of CGI. It still looks fresh today, with a wonderfully retro electro score by Wendy Carlos. Strangely, the heavy post processing on the live action B/W filmstock gives it a strange timeless 1930’s feel…… subtext Sheer industrial delight and magic…. Highly recommended……

I was lucky enough to have my camera on hand when I stumbled upon a public show that the a group of shaolin monks put on at the university of washington on October 5, 2006. The video contains footage of actual shaolin monks that were in town for a kungfu demonstration.
